Dear Colocation Customer -

Thank you for choosing LIS for your colocation needs - we are grateful
for your business! Your paperwork has been received and is currently
being processed. Here is an overview of the steps required to get you
moved in:

1. We will process your paperwork, set up your file and collect your
first month's colocation fees (this is being done now). Note that we do
not start counting usage until you are moved in;

2. We will send you an email requesting your access list entries: the
persons (outside of LIS and data center staff) who will be authorized
for physical 24/7 access to your equipment and/or 24/7 telephone & email
'remote hands' support;

3. We will get your IP addresses allocated, and send then to you via email;

4. We will email you guidelines for prepping your equipment for
installation: how to prepare and label your equipment, accessories you
may need, things to consider, etc.

5. You will inform us via email when you are ready to move in (1-4 must
have been completed) as instructed in the guidelines we sent you, and we
will generate in installation ticket for the date you have requested.
You will be sent the ticket number by way of reply.

That's it! You show up at the facility on the appointed day with your
equipment and ticket number (or ship your equipment to the address we
provide if you are not performing your own installation) and data center
techs will help you get installed.
