Ouch!  Talk to me if you think I can help you minimize that downtime...
maybe we can get crosswire.org DNS migrated here tonight (still pointing
at current server), then temporarily point it to a copy of the
crosswire.org site (not the Tomcat/Java part, but the main site, and
maybe even FTP for the main module repository too?) I can host for you
for a day or two, then point DNS back to the real Crosswire server once
it is up at its new colo datacenter?

With careful planning, you can usually reduce downtime to at most two 30
minute chunks this way when moving servers around the planet...
