[server-admins] Forum junk accounts

Hi DM.

Yeah, there are a lot of account registrations. 99% of them do not get 
activated and are removed manually all 3-5 days.
If they use some API that would explain how they all register. I thought 
the captcha is too week.

I'll look into installing the new version.
