[server-admins] all -devel mail is considered spam

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but it appears that every
single item coming through sword-devel is considered spam, as indicated
by the X-Spam-Report headers.

It doesn't affect my mail habits because my split rules send sword-devel
mail to its own place regardless of such headers, but if any users are
trying to auto-classify using X-Spam-Report, then they are not doing
very well with sword-devel.
