FYI, quick status update.

traceroute 196.215.26.11 (.za) works today, including whois query.
traceroute 187.59.241.72 (.br) does not -- dies in 2 hops -- and the
whois query for the address also fails, but works from my home machine.

So some progress/change has been made.  But not enough.

It's still not (supposed to be) up to Extreme to decide which pieces of
the Internet should be able to reach crosswire.org.
