That would be great, but I'm not sure how we would go about it. I'm not 
aware of what types of shell administration are possible, if any.

The PMs are just standard forum PMs. They're sent within the forum 
system itself and only to other users' accounts.

I don't know whether they can be disabled, but I don't think there's a 
way to abuse PMs to send email spam.
