[server-admins] Jira, Subversion and ViewVC

Manfred,

I have installed the plugin and activated it for MacSword. I didn't need
to install viewvc on the crosswire server, but rather point to it on
source forge, where the macsword source is.

It is entirely configurable within Jira.

The only strangeness I found was that it will report directory
modifications but the link will fail on viewing a diff of the changes
since it is not a file.
