That's a free email list archiving host.  It has a 'click here to ask
for your list to be archived' form.  Looks like someone clicked it and
supplied the name of a crosswire list.

This is not actively evil per se, but do we actually *want* crosswire
lists to be archived there?  If not, reject it.
