[server-admins] F10 upgrade

Hey guys.  OK, so we've been needing to upgrade our F10 install for a
while now.  our clamav package just went "end of life" and I had to
disable malware scanning to send this email.

I'm going to attempt the automagic upgrade feature now included in
Fedora, so hold on to your hats.   Would appreciate it if you could each
check your responsible areas after the upgrade completes sometime late
tonight probably.
