Here is the error from the httpd logs:
[Thu Nov 12 04:16:06 2009] [error] [client 24.23.162.246] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /usr/share/mediawiki/includes/diff/DifferenceEngine.php on line 1171

I'm not sure if we can or whether we should increase this. I'll be looking.
