[server-admins] exim.conf whitespace, and log file access

Looks good to me :)  I'll send a test to you at 
server-admins-bounces at crosswire.org and we'll see if you receive it.

Do please fix up my (user jmarsden) membership in group exim when you 
can (as opposed to user exim's membership in group jmarsden, which you 
added but which doesn't help me), so that I can read those logs!
