I'm happy to continue administering the forums (adding/moderating the 
forums themselves). And I'd be happy to add others as moderators.

But I really don't think I'd claim ownership of the forums on the server 
(i.e. updating, dealing with the db, etc. since Troy is the only one who 
has ever done any of that).

That said, I would love to see the forums updated to the latest release, 
and even updated regularly, by anyone who would like to take this on.
