[server-admins] Java / Tomcat / CORBA / UTF-8

Hey guys. I have a fix in place on the server for the java spinning the
cpu up to 100% issue.

I have removed my hack for the javaCORBA / ORBit UTF-8 incompatibility,
and have added a new sword/bindings/corba/omniorbcpp folder with code to
use omniORB as an option instead of previously only ORBit. omniORB
seems to tell Java that it is passing UTF-8 in a much more polite way,
and thus Java listens and responds properly-- the key to any good
relationship...

Anyway, /usr/bin/swordorbserver on crosswire.org is now an omniORB CORBA
service instead of an ORBit CORBA service and SWORDWeb seems to still be
operating just fine (and this is the key: without any hacks in
/opt/tomcat/endorsed/*).

Let's keep an eye on things and see how swordweb performs and how the
java/tomcat process behaves.

	-Troy.
