Yes.  Edit the various logwatch config files under /etc/logwatch/conf/ 
to suit your needs.  Logwatch is relatively useless until you customize it.

The file /etc/logwatch/conf/ignore.conf can be especially useful in 
trimming down the size of the reports so you only see things you 
actually should care about.

If I had the necessary priviledges, I could make a first pass at 
cleaning this up for you :)
