Sincere apologies for the long wait for a meaningful response!

I am between ISO drafts and I am working very hard to finish all the 
changes and squash all the bugs in one fell swoop!

Done and done! Thanks for the example.

Note to core group: I took Michael's suggestion and the default 
processing if type is not entered is Gregorian.
