Sorry, but I don't know of any. I haven't done an exhaustive search,
either, so there may be one. You may have to invent one.

The current OSIS reference format includes two ways to reference a
specific place within a verse, either by character count, or by
matching a word. Please see

sUserManual__12.pdf (which you will probably have to reassemble on one
line) and look in section 22.4 (Grains).
It seems that it is harder than it should be to find the current OSIS
documentation from the OSIS main web site or the corresponding Plone
portal. Look for OSIS 2.0.1 User's manual & schemas. You could easily
think they were still at version 1.1 or 1.5.
I am redistributing a copy of the OSIS 2.0.1 schema, along with a
sample OSIS Bible at http://eBible.org/web/webosis.zip, if anyone is
interested.
