[osis-editors] OSIS manual word wrap problem

I am trying to view the OSIS manual, 
http://bibletechnologies.net/20Manual.dsp, with Mozilla 1.5 on Windows 
2000. I find that the lines (starting with "As you go through this guide 
to the OSIS 2.0 schema...") are not word wrapped properly but extend 
several screen widths outside my window before wrapping. This makes the 
manual very difficult to read!
