This was the last public/free release of jcoverage
so the rest does not matter.

Obtain the most recent version of jcoverage from
   http://www.jcoverage.com/downloads.html

Unzip the file into this directory.

In the new directory, remove the following:
   examples

In SVN remove the old jcoverage directory.
