surely easiest to do as I suggested, which is to use the Load
Standard button on the Modules Sources -> Add/Remove page of
mod.mgr. That will inhale the standard set of well-known repos,
which has included Lockman Foundation since a few months ago.<br>

If use of Load Standard doesn't result in Lockman Foundation
becoming available, then there is a problem. But I used it myself
and it worked fine. And it's not a platform (Linux/Windows) issue
-- it's very generic.<br>
