Once you've chosen a repo, Refresh must get the dump of
available modules. If Refresh doesn't work, then you have
something else in your way, like a firewall preventing FTP usage
(being the protocol by which most repos are found).</font></p>
<p><font face="FreeSerif">If you're curious, look at
~/.sword/InstallMgr/InstallMgr.conf for clues/info about where
Xiphos goes hunting during refresh.</font><br>
