[xiphos-users] Install Xiphos on Fedora 34

Updating to fedora 34, xiphos is not in the fedora 34 regular fedora 34
repos.  So when I updated, xiphos was removed.

Xiphos install fine in fedora 34 using:

dnf install xiphos --enablerepo=updates-testing,updates-testing-modular
--best

Best for those using fedora 34 to do this update so xiphos karma rises and
goes back into the regular updates repo.
