[xiphos-users] Install Xiphos 4.1.x on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,
I don't know about building packages for distribution but can confirm
successful builds of sword 1.8.1, Biblesync 2.01, xiphos 4.1 on Ubuntu 18.04
