Yep, 'n' and 'p' in various flavors.  See the manual via F1, or at
http://xiphos.org/manual/interface#xiphos-shortcut

Verse navigation and Bible features:
* Ctrl-p/Ctrl-n: Verse previous/next. Also k/j.
* p/n: Chapter previous/next.
* P/N: Book previous/next.
