  display: fix Hebrew morphology code overlap (#1294)

- Truncate long Hebrew morph codes by removing pronominal suffix segments
- Add RTL-specific CSS padding to increase spacing between Hebrew words
- Align strongs/morph codes to right for RTL text
- Fixes #1033 (Very tight morphological label in OSHB)
