  fix #941 locale-sensitize About Module dialogs:
	Description, About, and ShortPromo are obtained with a suffix
	_xy denoting the user's 2-char locale. so a French user see
	get the content of Description_fr (et al), not plain Description.
	[other named fields of module config are not locale-sensitive.]
