[xiphos-devel] whole Bible book display

New update provides for entire Bible book display, no longer limited to 
1 chapter.
See Preferences -> Options -> Display whole Bible books. Default off.

Current builds available at:
http://ftp.xiphos.org/sword/pub/xiphos/binaries/
RHEL 9/10, Fedora 42/43/44. Windows.

Other recent enhancements:
- Popup menu for multi-ref bookmarks
- Bookmark folder colors
- 8-column display, for those with large monitors
