L'Africain has been busy.

Saved sets of parallelism. Prefs->Modules->Parallel offers to define new 
sets; parallel window lets you select which set is used for display.
Bookmarked verses having a color on the containing folder will be 
colored by that folder color. Default on. Coexists with user annotations 
(supercedes).
Related bugs in initialization, parallel set naming, and module handling 
have been fixed.

It took some real effort to get some of this in place, but it's solid now.
