[xiphos-devel] RHEL 9 compatibility

Might one safely assume that this patch would also work for Rocky Linux 9.4?

I tried building Xiphos on Rocky 9.x a year and a half ago when I switched
from Centos7, and had a horrible time, finally giving up. Sorry, details
are all forgotten by now.
