[xiphos-devel] banning someone from github access

It seems we have a troll, who is determined to "edit" Bibles to remove
the "heretical book" Romans and who is rapidly making an ass of himself.

Is there a "ban this user from any access to this repository" feature in
github?  I've seen a couple "limit to" options but I need to get rid of
just 1 person completely.
