[xiphos-devel] locked modules

I recall that, sometime maybe 6 months ago, a big deal was made in
sword-devel over changes to the engine due to new needs in handling
locked modules and their keys.

Can someone remind me what that big deal was? Is there anything specific
in Xiphos that needs to be done to handle it?
