[xiphos-devel] Xiphos 4.0.7

The version used to build for Fedora can be found here:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xiphos

I haven't updated it to 4.0.7 yet since I was camping all weekend. But it
will be updated Very Soon(TM).
