<p>yeah, we need to do some thorough testing. The latest engine has
some code which prefers http over ftp and last I remember, there
was something to iron out there which didn't work exactly
correct. I need to get my head back into that and build a few
unit tests for that feature. Yes, it's certainly time for a new
release.</p>

In fact, there are several proposed patches that haven't been
incorporated yet, and some of them resolve issues that are
