least make a local cache of whatever the user has accessed so

accessed again, it comes from the local cache. Of course,
better yet is to have the resources pretranslated in total and

dynamically translate texts from commentary or dictionary
entries into the currently chosen user interface language.

default and people who like to be offline should not use
such a feature.

However, for people who don't mind the use of internet
bandwidth ... it could be quite useful, expanding the
available resources in ones native language dramatically.
