The intent was to show the full word and only indicate that it was
originally shown in nomina sacra. Thus, if there is a way, it would
be better to show the whole word and merely note that it was nomina
sacra in some attribute. There are are sometimes more than one form
of nomina sacra abbreviation for a given word, thus the <span>˚</span>
symbol is merely indicating it was abbreviated with out indicating a
particular form of nomina sacra. If that can't be done elegantly,
then I would suggest simply stripping out the <span>˚</span>
symbol entirely and just show the full word.<br>
