Install a module, and Xiphos checks immediately for something being
obsoleted, asks to get rid of it for you.<br>
<br>
Hit the new Scan Obsolete button on the mod.mgr maintenance page,
and Xiphos self-audits all modules in the hunt for obsolete crud,
again asking to kill it off.<br>
