I am trying to set up a
repository for Vietnamese language modules. I know there needs to be
both ftp and http repositories for the various front-ends. I have two
questions:

1. For ftp, I assume the site needs to be set up to accept anonymous
ftp connections. The organization hosting it is reluctant to do so for
security reasons. Is there any way around that?

2. For http, I've tried without success to get the repository running.
I tried to emulate the crosswire repository, but clearly I am doing
something wrong because when I try to install a book in BD I get an
error message about mods.d being a directory. Am I packaging the module
zip archives incorrectly? The site is www.biblevietnam.org, catalogue
is at /downloads/sword/raw and zip files are at
/downloads/sword/packages/rawzip.

Any help would be appreciated.
