There are a few different translations from the Greek that will result in "that" in English. The first word "that" is part of the verb and doesn't get its own lemma. The second incidence of the word "that" is word 3739 - the feminine of 3739, actually. 3588 is listed, in Strongs, as a "possible" as root word of 3739, but that is speculation. So, probably, the 3588 ought to be taken out and 3739 remain.

That's an encoding error. Someone with a knowledge of Greek will have to<br>confirm this for you, but I think the outer <w> applies to the second<br>"that" in the verse and the inner <w> applies to the first one.
