You are right that if there is one or many problems then those problems
should be addressed.<br>

But I think it does matter if you make an unsubstantiated statement or
a substantiated one.<br>
If you enumerate the modules having the problem, they can be addressed.<br>
With nearly 300 modules, claiming that 25% have problems when it is
really a lot less reduces<br>
your credibility (at least to me).<br>

Not all of the texts have copyrights. Some have copyrights that have
expired. Some never had copyrights. These have explicit copyright
information called "Public Domain". This is in the DistributionLicense
field. Those that don't either have explicit copyright info or I
enumerated them in an earlier post.<br>

If there are problems with a specific module, please be specific. Being
general does not help.<br>
