Xiphos release 4.4.0

It's been about 14 months since 4.3.2.
Many fixes, a lot of new features both big and small.
Linux builds now have the editor again. Let us know (file bugs) if it 
has any problems.
Huge amounts of thanks are owed to those who have contributed heavily.

There is work going on for a number of other issues, notably 
color-driven support in bookmarks. But I wanted to get this release out 
because of the popen() → g_spawn() update. Another release 4.4.1 should 
probably follow within a few weeks.

Windows builds are available immediately. Linux per-platform builds 
should happen as the respective pumpkin holders deal with it.

- 2-dimensional BCV selectors: Lists no longer scroll off the bottom of 
the screen.
- Fix daily devotional preview, restore ability to manually enter a date 
in new devotional tab in windows.

- Work around Sword search bug, append arbitrary space to sidebar search.
- Module option menu item to toggle display of "Chapter N" in main 
display: Some modules provide their own.
- Re-arrange intro material handling so it appears above Chapter N 
indicators.
- Hide unused module categories in sidebar mod.list + mod.mgr 
install/maintenance.
- Change default verse num size to -1.
- Margin justification now defaults on, for more professional appearance.
- Add unindexed module category in mod.mgr maintenance, for obviousness 
of mods needing to be indexed.
- Sensitize the About Module dialog for locale.
- Add annotation highlight toggle to the main window View menu.
