[sword-devel] Is there a reason module download is very slow today

I've had this issue before when my ISP was "juggling connections", they
were load balancing and packets ended up being sent through different IPs.
It was hit or miss if the module would even finish downloading.

Might not be your issue, just sharing my similar experience from the past.
