[sword-devel] Downgrading eBible.org ftp repository service; upgrading https service

I am still baffled as to why installation of engLXX2012eb and engUKLXX2012eb work fine, but engBrent1851eb, the predecessor to both of the previous ones, does not. I did, however, manage to duplicate the failure in Bishop running on an Android phone. This isn't a server issue, though.
