[sword-devel] Downgrading eBible.org ftp repository service; upgrading https service

AHA!

now I feel dumb... the couple of modules I just tried install fine IF I
check the checkbox on the line item. apparently it's not adequate to just
select the line.

has that always been the case? I don't remember. I installed a bunch of
modules years ago and now only seldom install anymore, so maybe I just
forgot.
