If you go to Edit > Module Manager > Module Sources > Add/Remove >
Current Remote Sources > Add and use the following details

Caption: eBible.org HTTPS
Type: HTTPS
Host: ebible.org
Directory: /sword
User: (leave blank)
Password: (leave blank)

Then click Refresh on that page, you should now have the eBible.org
HTTPS source added. Do the usual to access it as you would any other
Xiphos module source.

I don't think there's an easy way to change all of the sources to HTTPS,
they must be added individually. I've opened a GitHub issue
(https://github.com/crosswire/xiphos/issues/1214) for this, updates will
be posted there and likely on the xiphos-devel mailing list too.
