[sword-devel] Fwd: Resend: David Haslam's inquiry about Crosswire

I've added STEP Bible to our registry of known remote SWORD publishers,
but I've tested a refresh in Bishop and it hangs on STEP Bible. I've
tested using the latest sword/utilities/installmgr CLI tool and it works
OK. I'll leave it in for a 24 hours. Please report your findings.
