[sword-devel] SWORD 1.9.0 final this weekend

It's not a Fedora thing. I couldn't get it to build locally, anywhere. I
officially own that step of the build, but I haven't taken time this month
to look into it. The code hasn't changed in any way I'm aware of in a
modest lengthed eternity.

For the Fedora package I've temporarily disabled that building until I can
create a patch to get the build working again.
