[sword-devel] Xiphos in Ubuntu

Hi David,
He's not speaking about the xiphos repo, but xiphos in the ubuntu
official repo. Ubuntu 20.04 used the debian testing and xiphos was
removed from testing because of an obsolete dependancy.
