Hi John,

There is a great article about 'Using Fedora 33 with Microsoft’s 
WSL2' on Fedora Magazine:

Once the install is complete, run:
sudo dnf install sword-utils sword-devel

and you should have access to Sword utilities, installmgr, diatheke, 
osis2mod, tei2mod...

The encryption issue remains unresolved: cipherraw is not in the list.
