[sword-devel] Fr locale - Bishop [was: Mobile App Translators - Help Wanted]

Sorry, forgot to mention that is on Android 9.  If there is any chance
you can plug your phone into your laptop and get to work:

adb logcat

and send me to the output when you click on Witness Study, maybe the
error will show and might be something obvious.
