Thank you for the report, Dom,

So, there was an issue with "whitelisting" sites with newer versions of
Android that was causing an issue when Bishop tried to go out and hit
the INTF APIs for the data, but I thought I had that resolved.  Maybe I
have it resolved for newer versions of Android and have broken older
version of Android.  Here is Witness Study for Jas.1.1 using the fr
locale (just to be sure the locale didn't cause any issues).

The fr locale file is available in git and I would appreciate any
updates you might make:

I see the back button needs a bit more space and I will increase the
width in the next beta.
