[sword-devel] Fwd: Your app, The SWORD Project, was not approved for beta testing

OK, so, since I switched to using PhoneGap Build cloud build service
(https://build.phonegap.com <https://build.phonegap.com/>) for the iOS
bundle, I probably should have just tested the Android output from
PhoneGap Build to see if it was building a runable binary on something I
could test.  It is not.  It looks like it was missing the required
plugin definitions in the config.xml file.  Those are now there.  It is
better now but still now a usable executable for Android.

Anyone willing to try this out, these are all free services is the code
is marked as opensource on a public repository like github.  I put the
latest version of the source here:

https://github.com/scribe777/bishop

It seems like the issue is with cordova-plugin-file.  PhoneGap Build
says it loaded the plugin (at version 6), but the error I am getting
when I run is that cordovo.file is undefined. The docs say this should
be available on "deviceready" and after this is where I am referencing
cordova.file. But I still I am getting an 'undefined' error when running
the apk generated by PhoneGap Build.  It works when I generate it manually.

Things might work better now with iOS since I've declared the plugins,
but I think I should be sure the Android build works from there before
going through the hoops to try getting Apple to let us test again.

Anyway, if anyone is willing to pick this up, you should be able to
create a free account on phonegap.com and point your free app build
repository to the bishop repo I pointed above.  If you'd like to change
things, you'll probably want to fork that repo first on github and then
point phonegap to your fork.

Thanks for the feedback and for any help anyone might have time to lend,

Troy
